In db 509, I noticed that the Granit has a CEC capable datalink. I have yet to find a unit that can support the that CEC datalink to support CEC for the Granit. Any guidance...no pun intended.

According to Wikipedia, this missile might have the ability to CEC amongst itself, if you get what I mean. Whether CMO fully models this, I'm not sure...

If you look at sources beyond Wiki, it states that ships and other aircraft can also provide a datalink. Satellite's also. I'm looking for the specific units in CMO that can do that.

With an in service date of 1983 I would orient to a typo..

All sources I have and just general discussion state that the Granit could be datalinked to compatible ships, aircraft and satellites for targeting data. Some of the Soviet satellites form the late 70s and early 80s have Punch Bowl comms that was designed specifically to provide targeting data to both platforms and missiles.

I am pretty sure Tu-95s and Tu-16s were capable of datalinks to SS-N-3s and -12s. Just looking for confirmation. btw, the SS-N-12 has a SSM datalink onboard. It states its CEC capable.

btw, its the Sandbox not the Granit I'm thinking of. But its the same question.

SS-N-3, -12, and -19 all have the SSM datalink with a CEC capability.

Found it. Bear D is the first one I found.

In case you want to go down the easy path, I attach a csv (change the extension from txt to csv) with all platforms with the ASM/SSM Weapon Link Comm Type
