[1527] Unknown aircraft not designated hostile by enemy upon initiating attack

Please see test scenario, showing the F-15 attacking a Type 055.

The F-15, while detected but remaining unidentified as hostile by the Type 055, can launch SDBs at the Type 055 but will not be designated as hostile automatically upon doing so.

This problem remains when attacking other facilities like Patriot and S-400s.

I recall previously the S-400 (and other units) will automatically designate unknown units firing on it as hostile.

What I have found is if I remove the clouds, the ship gets a view of the F-15s when they release the SBDs. They are immediately declared hostile and fired on. The ship sees the F-15s through a high-powered vision system that is most likely directed by the big radar. In previous versions, I never noticed if visual confirmation of weapon launch/release is needed to declare a unit hostile. Never noticed it because I usually place a no entry zone around ships in any situation where they might be attacked.
