Playing the NetPlay Barbarossa scenario, we get to the point of calling out the Russian reserves. You can click on the unit and toggle it from Ready to In Stack, but when you move the mouse on to the map, it stays an arrow. It does not display the unit, nor does it display the 'X' or crosshair. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

We also recently ran into this problem and I presume you are using the latest version. You'll have to get the DoW save, convert it to solitaire, and then advance to calling out reserves. If the Germans are doing a Super-Combined, it will also skip the Naval Search phase, so you'll have to do that in Solitaire mode as well. Pretty obvious the Germans will want to search for any Russian convoys in the Baltic and Black Seas.
After that, you can convert back to Netplay and we are now in SO41 without further problems, so you should be OK from there.
If you need help converting the game back and forth, I can be of assistance.
The other possibility would be to restart using a version prior to version 7.x.x.x

In Matrix Games\World in Flames\Scenarios\Barbarossa\Saved Games\AutoSave you should have a file named NP - Weather - USSR.GAM. Open that file in a text editor like Notepad. The first line will look like this:
7.0.0.7 (Debug),0,2 <---- (the "7.0.0.x" version number could have a different end digit)
Keep everything the same except change the last digit in that line to a zero. Save the file and you'll be able to open it as a solitaire game. Then you can advance the game to the Russian reserve phase and set them up. If there are going to be naval searches you'll have to keep it in Solitaire mode. You can email the file back and forth and each do the phases appropriate to their side until you get to the first phase where an air mission will be conducted.
At that point you should save the game and then reverse the above edit and send a copy of the file to your opponent and if you both open that file in a Netplay session, you should be able to play the rest of the game that way, assuming no one needs to do naval searches in the remaining 4 turns.
