I have been running test turns learning to play the game (main scenario) and today the amphibious landing option has been greyed out for all of my SNLF units for multiple turns. Tried restarting a few times, tried hot seat and single player to no avail. I am sure it was not greyed out yesterday, but perhaps I am losing my mind.

If you are at the transport limit at the beginning of the turn, it will not let you move troops into a transport/amphob/LR amphib. During the turn, if you land some troops so that you go below the max (each nation has their own preset max that increases with certain tech), you still will not be able to make them until the next turn.
