I'm confused about whether this game supports windows11 or not, and I'm annoyed that I still have to check my email software before playing a local single-player game.
I encountered the same problem as this website https://www.matrixgames.com/forums/view ... e0b5da71eb . After reinstalling game of V3.1,3.2 and 7, outlook and even thunderbird, the game still never works properly even once.
Previously, the game could not recognize the installed outlook (neither new nor classic), and then it crashed first and then popped up to say that it was trying to send an email(two bug reports were submitted automatically without permission), and at last things more weird happens as pics shown.
I don't know what to do anymore. I just hope that one day you will remove any damn steps and measures about email from single-player game and hot seat mode, otherwise, I don't know what it means for some people to buy this inoperable software which costs $106 on a website without a refund mechanism.

The game will always create a bug report in the World in Flames folder. That is what it is trying to send. I have so few crashes I just exit the message about email, but I do look at the bug report to try and understand what happened.

From what you describe it sounds like there is something very wrong with the installation of the game. There was a big change in game modules between versions 3 and 4 so maybe that particular set of files is missing.
