Put some intermediate depot like Riga on priority 3, so it could send freight to front depots (which have priority 4 > 3) that are too far away.

Nothing jumps to mind. Do you have a save you can upload? What turn is this, and have you gone further yet to see if you received freight on the following turn?

prio4 depots tend to hoard their freight, only releasing it for units. So as previously told you need to downgrade rear depots so they would actually send their freight to higher priority depots

I ran your save to the next turn (by just ending the turn for both players) and Pskov received 8k freight. I can't explain why it got nothing on your turn. Maybe with a save before the logistics phase we could figure it out.

Are you certain there was a depot in Pskov at the start of your T8? Typically, the closest depot to your combat troops will receive some freight from damaged element repairs, regardless of its priority or whether it gets freight via rail. For example, in your save, Smolensk isn’t connected by rail but still receives 254 freight from damaged element repair. In contrast, Pskov receives no freight, even though it’s the nearest depot for much of AGN, and I can see several AGN units repairing damaged elements this turn. This usually happens only if the depot in Pskov was newly constructed during this turn.

My mistake,I put the depot at Pskov on turn 7,should have built in as soon as i took it turn 3,so that is the reason.

Glad to hear it was working. Also, a great point about how there is a lot of value in building depots even before the rails are repaired to the depot.
