scen file decompressed or unecrypted?

I was looking at the .scen files and noticed that the compressed section is all encoded, but the file itself is just regular XML structure. I was hoping the devs can gives us the ability to export the scenario in an uncompressed format if there is not any IP or proprietary information contained in there so I can ask ChatGPT and other AI tools to help rapidly edit and create scenarios once teaching it how the file structure is set up.

Can anyone give any insight on this? It would be nice to tell AI to set up things like air wings based on an OOB on its own.

The file is intentionally encrypted to prevent it from being viewed. Decompressing the .scen file is against the TOS. The ability to export an unencrypted scenario file is solely a pro functionality and will not be added to CMO.

This may not be further discussed.
