New scenario for testing - Civil War 2030

Based on the 2024 film.

UK forces are charged with securing the US ICBM arsenal in the wake of civil war in the United States.

That was a good challenge. I got caught with my pants down in the middle of a refueling cycle for my CAPs and had some pretty heavy losses. The distance and level of planning required is a really nice challenge. Great job with the events as well.

Feedback-

turn off event visibility for the player in the message log

The scenario gets slow at times at single flame- are non-participating units set to blind?

I'll turn the event visibility "Is Shown" to unchecked.

The "Missile Silos" side is blind, yes. The other sides are not blind. I was thinking about turning Nellis AFB into a single-unit airfield as well. With the big air battle over California - Nevada at the start, there should some performance gains to be had.
