[1.26k2]Major stratagems and profile

Successful friendly major stratagems (free trade, scientific cooperation...) increase mind profile, but this is not displayed in their description unlike hostile stratagems which increase fist profile.
The decision archive also does not refer to the +mind.

The mind increase is provisional. Its visible in the mouse over.

I do not agree!
The fist increase is clearly visible when hovering over a hostile (major) stratagem, but the mind increase does not appear when hovering over an friendly (major) stratagem.

Yes it was only doing the correct mouse over if an AI controlled Major was selected. Fixing this for subversion N.
