Soviet 2 NKPS reinforcement scheduled reinforcement is delivered in Leningrad area that has been cut off for a number of turns. Is this WAD?

Scenario 1941 campaign --- no early end

AFAIR it was a somewhat historical placement but you seem to have lost more area than the soviets so it arrives in a cut-off section. This will be adressed in next patch where those units arrive east of Moscow.
