Patch 59: Anyone else noticed a lot more collisions?

I installed ver 59 yesterday and playing through as Germany I've had 4 collisions resulting in the loss of 5 CLs by 1903.
This is infuriating, especially since the game doesn't allow you to relieve a commander for cause if this happens.
I expect a them occasionally, especially when poor shiphandlers are present, but they aren't. This is a lot more than I've ever seen in previous versions in this sort of time period. Has anyone seen something similar? Particularly with line abreast formations?
Jacked in this campaign in disgust. Going to start again and see if it recurs.
Also, the problem with invasion fleets starting too far away to ever reach the destination isn't fixed if it was supposed to be. Tried to invade Norway, the transports started 31 hours out and you only get 23.33 etc hours to play with. Despite sinking everything the French put in my way, the invasion failed (also not cool, used to be if you had a major victory it succeeds anyway). Plus the invasion fleet spent half the time sailing in the wrong direction. Again.
