ADDED ability to embark from coast: costs all operation points of navy, transports, and half the units strength
FIXED supply trucks text in rulebook and added red down arrow for interdiction
FIXED Switzerland has A.I. orders for defense
FIXED production damage going over production amount
FIXED removed islands on Norway to fix convoy issue
ADDED Germany can't get supply to Belfast without controlling Glasgow
FIXED Carrier pursuit puts sub fleets last on the selection order

Any chance you fixed the Iraq bug with it surrendering immediately when war is declared on it, only in the Winter scenario?

Maybe I am not reading this correctly...but it says costs all operation points of the navy.
When I embark from the coast (evacuate), the unit has full movement by seas still.

It looks like it. I checked a 1939 Russian corps and it had 5 defense. I did not check every scenario though.

Quite some time since I have played, I see nothing about Leningrad supply rules when it is isolated.
Was it solved earlier?

Leningrad has not be addressed as far as I know.
I think making Leningrad a level 1 port on the lake...and have the port get suppressed if the land bridge hex is captured.
It gives the Russians a big advantage in Leningrad because the unit will be in full supply.
I don't know a way to force the port to be basic supply always...which is what should happen when the rail is cut.
