ADDED ability to embark from coast: costs all operation points of navy, transports, and half the units strength
FIXED supply trucks text in rulebook and added red down arrow for interdiction
FIXED production damage going over production amount
FIXED Soviet unit 30 > 36 max health at Irkutsk
FIXED Carrier pursuit puts sub fleets last on the selection order

Nice addition, can’t wait to see how it works. In my last game, an US corps was stuck on Saipan and my opponent did not attack it to prevent its destruction.
It costs me the game by points.

I am used to a small tactic. When I exit my surface fleet around an island, I am putting a circle of subs in Fleet mode around it.
It seems to me it won’t work anymore with this change, correct ?

Maybe I don't understand either. When you say that carrier pursuit puts sub fleets last on the selection order, I understand that carriers were previously targetting subs instead of ships when doing a pursuit move.
That's why my tactic was perhaps working. I don't know.

If there was a surface fleet and sub fleet during pursuit the fleet might attack the unintended sub fleet. That's why it was changed.
