Hello,

Just to clarify, when I allocate air hq's to follow land hq's is it the actual hq counter it follows or all units under the hq?

If its the hq counter then I would need to move my army hq's as close to the front as possible to pull the AOG'S forward.

Playing as axis.

I'm not sure. I have some recollection of Gary trying to have the AI assist look at where the units in the ground command are and find a center of gravity, but I can't remember if that was successful, or if I'm confusing it with something else. The manual refers to the location of the ground HQ, and I'm betting that this is the main, or only factor in the placement of the units. I do think size of the airfield and the supply status may also have something to do with where the units ultimately end up.
