Ordered another batch of games this year. This time, and first that I recall as such, they weren't sent in a box, just wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap with a paper outer wrap and then off into the mail. I've opened the fist packet and it has been less than stellar so far.

Dear Sir,

Sounds like the packaging for your order wasn’t up to snuff. How upset are you on a scale from 1 to 10?
Did the failure of the shipment have a box, damage your product, for they certainly would make restitution. I’d suggest reaching out in a formal email to staff here, instead of the general forum, if you wish to escalate. They may be able to offer a solution or at least take it into account for future shipments. Sometimes, when items are sent out with less protection, they can be more prone to damage or wear during transit. Let’s hope your next games in the batch are in better shape! Or is your goal just to rant?

I get the fact, bubble wrap was used, at least it was new bubble wrap. Nobody likes sloppy seconds.

Personally, the shipment looks fine. It's a computer disc, not a prescription drugs. Have you ever considered using scissors to open your mail. Looks like a gopher gnawed open.

Also, what postage do you prefer, old or new Elvis stamps?

It looks like a case was damaged, I would check the discs for damage.
