brand new, initial setup is there a a specfic way to place units, as spain i have a fleet that doesnt go anywhere and a infantry unit that i cannot place. based on instructions click on unit and double click on the map where u want it. that is not happening????

Two suggestions. First, you may want to use a saved setup (click "Load A Saved Setup" button) to save time; you can always edit the setup as desired. Second, for manually placing corps and fleets, I assume you managed to place some already? Be advised that some areas are tricky and you may have to find the right "spot" to click on to place a unit. Once you get the hang of it, setup goes according to the instructions in the game manual. If you're still having a problem, please provide specifics and perhaps a screenshot. If I can see and recreate what you're trying to do, I can provide a better response. Have fun with it!
