Tooltip for initial profiles decisions

Idea shared initially by Battlemode on his YouTube channel. When you start a new game, after planet generation phase, you have to answer the 3 questions that affect your initial profiles.
It would be great to see what each profile gives you in form of a tooltip same as when you hover over profiles in game left menu.
