mines, carrier planes, taskforce ready percentages

I have a number of questions...hope this is the correct forum.
1. During WWII the US produced 168,000 sea mines. How come the game makes so few available to the Allied player?
2. When I start a game as Allied Pearl Harbor (and some other ports) have a number of carrier squadrons available with only 1 or 2 planes... they never seem to gain any new planes even when in the same location as their headquarters.
3. When I create a taskforce for supply (e.g. transport) the ship ready percentage after the creation turn sometimes turns immediately down to, for example, 7%, thereby making it take forever to fill up.
4. When is the fix for taskforce disband ever going to get fixed so we can use mouse instead of key stroke?
