I've seen this many times before. So now a report in case it is not known yet.

As can be seen, there is plenty of freight in Depots nearby. But the Unit Supply Detail Report shows as a reason for not receiving stuff that there would be no freight.

This is not something we could change, nor is it even possible without massive effort to look into it further. Assuming it doesn't repeat fairly consistently, there's no telling what's going on. Could be a sequencing issue (freight gone when they try to get it, but then comes in later in the phase), or could be a display issue with the failure reporting system (very possible given the complexities there), or could be something not WAD, or could be something that is WAD and ok, and could be something that is WAD but undesirable. Odds are it's WAD, or a display issue, but the freight system is locked down now. There's no way to selectively review it and improve it without a massive effort (which would just as likely break it as improve it). Gary did 99% of this (I think he got help from Pavel with reporting system at some point during the Wit... series), and he's not in a position to work on this. In the great words of OutKast, just being honest.

Thanks, yes isn't a serious issue I suppose - assuming it is just reporting in the wrong line.

From my experience it appears often(only) when there is Truck shortage, and then it sometimes lists the trucks as freight missing (or so).
If I'd further guess it has to do with either
Unit Truck use for freight
Pool Truck assignments
Pool Truck use for freight
Depot Truck assignments
Depot Truck use for freight
....or a mix of some combunation of those.

Supply system has a mind of its own. You can sit a unit with low supply on the NSS or a full depot and it doesnt fill up.

So you top it up using air freight.

It is what it is.

Managed to get it show up rather frequently when testing around Administrative rolls and Support Elements/Support help at longer ranges, gave the Deport Trucks and the Pool also contains sufficient.
Also note the Admin Failures not being 4 and still receiving 0 freight.
