Map Cursor Databox issue.

Not a bug but something that may have been overlooked, but suddenly I realised why I sometimes have issues with using the editor etc when placing units when I like to place Targets etc by using the real life location of the target by using Lattitude and Longitude. Information in the "Map Cursor Databox" cannot been seen sometimes.
If I select "Show on Cursor", the "Map Cursor Databox" has a translucent black background and the white text shows up on all "Maps" including Topo maps with its white background.
But, if I have selected "Show on Bottom", that is where I find the issue, the "Map Cursor Databox" does not have the translucent black background so therefore the white text cannot be seen on the white backgorund on the Topo maps.
I thought I was going mad as sometimes I can see the text and sometimes I cannot.
Basically, is it possible to make "Show at Bottom" have that same translucent black background as it has with "Show on Cursor"?
