Patrol Aircraft with Flight Plans Drifting Aimlessly After Engagement // v1.07.1544

Bug Report
Game Version: Beta 1.07.1544 (and suspected 1.07.1527)
Subject
Aircraft assigned to a patrol mission with a flight plan sometimes fly aimlessly in a random direction after an engagement.
Description
When an aircraft is assigned to a patrol mission with a flight plan (for example, to schedule missions at precise times), it sometimes flies aimlessly in a random direction after completing an engagement. This does not seem to happen if no flight plan is assigned.
Although it doesn't occur every time, I've noticed it more frequently in larger missions. Manually reassigning the aircraft corrects the issue, but the AI won't do this on its own. I've observed this behavior during both AAW and SEAD patrols.
Frequency
Rare to Medium (difficult to pinpoint)
Steps to Reproduce
Attached Files
• CAP Patrol Test_Flightplan_8.scen: Save file before the engagement
• CAP Patrol Test_Flightplan_9.scen: Save file after the engagement, where the behavior is observed
In these files, the affected aircraft is LARSEN #1 on the Blue side.
Additional Notes
• Manually reassigning the aircraft to the patrol mission can resolve the issue temporarily.
• The problem appears specifically when a flight plan is in use.
• No issues were noticed when no flight plan was assigned.
• This might be related to the aircraft reaching Winchester status, but I’m not certain.
Replicating the issue wasn't easy to do in an isolated test environment, but I somehow managed to make it occur.
Thank you for looking into this! If you need more details or test scenarios, please let me know.

Frequency

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a patrol mission and assign a flight plan to the aircraft (e.g., to time the mission precisely).
Engage enemy forces in the mission area. - Observe that the aircraft may fly off in a random direction afterward instead of returning to its flight plan or patrol route.
