The Op Sutton scenario requires you to "Unload Rapier units and Scimitar and Scorpion tanks from the LPDs Fearless and Intrepid"

I assume this is done via the Boat Operations interface but I can't work it out.

I assume the boats listed for each ship are all fully loaded, and they should be launched as groups.

Then once those groups appear I give them a course to the nearest beach and select Unload Cargo.

Nothing happens.

Can anyone tell me what I should be doing/what I'm doing wrong?

Have you tried detaching them from the group and ordering each one individually? This worked for me on the Raid on Kismayo scenario.

Interested to see how that goes. I've tried assigning the LCVPs to a cargo delivery mission to the rad and green beach areas, but they redock immediately with 'no cargo available to load' from either ship

Having now played the scenario, I can only conclude that the Briefing's comments about landing Rapiers and AFVs from Fearless and Intrepid amount to a misleading 'red herring'.

There is no Cargo anywhere in the scenario and it is not possible to land anything from the ships or the boats they carry.

This doesn't matter, as you can win fairly easily regardless, simply by defending the landing force with fighters and SAMs.
