valley of tears scenario query

Is this correct, that this scenario is now playable from Side A (has a Side B script)? Or is this an error? I seem to remember there was an error in the description before the update, maybe?

UPDATE: I tried it as Side A. Doesn't work. AI Side B doesn't know how to build crossings for the AT ditch, so they all just get stuck there.

It is a Side B moves first scenario as the Scenario Browser indicates, there's likely a typo in scenario description tag. I will ask Jason to confirm this.
Edit oh, that was by Jim. Jason's Into the Valley shares the same description. Looking into this...
