Production Data oddities [GC41]

Here I will report some oddities in the production data for the Grand Campaign 41 I have encountered.
If things I report here are there "for a reason" I'd like to be educated on what I am missing.
The following Chart shows the only 4 planes used in WITE2 which have an expansion rate and a build limit assigned to it. All whilst not being produced at all due to max import 0 and an end date before 22th of June 1941.
