It's awkward to craft a midwar scenario because all techs have to start at zero, making partial progress not settable. Yes, I realize the relevant screen would need to be reformatted. Just tossing this one out there.

It's actually a good idea, I can add it to the list, just no real promises on it for now, unfortunately
