New scenario for testing: Soberanía, 1978

Hello everyone, I've got a new scenario for testing. The scenario is based on Soberanía, the Argentine plan for the invasion of Chile during the Beagle channel crisis.
1978 was the closest the Beagle conflict between Chile and Argentina came to war. For years, both nations disputed the status of the islands of Picton, Nueva and Lennox and the maritime border.
On 2 May 1977 an international court both nations had agreed to in 1971 ruled that the islands belonged to Chile. A year later, Argentina rejected the court's ruling, and both militaries increased their preparation for war.
On December 21st, Argentina rejected the Vatican mediation proposed by Chile. And in the late afternoon, the Argentinian government ordered the start of operation Soberanía, the invasion of Chile.
