1544 WRA window is empty after a strike

Hello. I've been experimenting with different stuff in the Strike Tutorials and ran into this...
The repeat steps are as follows:
1. Start the Strike Tutorial 5 scenario.
2. Create a land strike mission on one of the radars.
3. Put F/A-18 Strike Ftr #3 on it.
4. On the Mission Settings tab remove "Enforce flight size"
5. On the WRA tab for AGM-88C HARM when used on Radar - Unspecified(the only option) set "Do not use this weapon against this target type".
6. Wait until the F/A-18 bombs the radar.
7. Unassign it from the mission.
8. Open up the WRA and notice that it's blank, or, in other words, there are no weapons in it.
No save file, because I noticed that reloading a save actually fixes this.
This seems to be a relatively old bug too, happens in the current 1.07 release too.
