Close combat or armored brigade?

Somehow I got interested in this kind of game, I considered buying Armored Brigade (the first one, because I didn't have enough money to buy the second one), but then my friend told me that Close Combat is better. But you see, there are plenty of CC titles, and most of them are interesting, I was interested in Gateway to Caen since it's the new one and I like the theme. So, which one should I get? AB or CC? If it is CC, then what titles should I get?
