Scenario: Nightmare (from Chains of War DLC)

I had a flight of 2 Raptors manually controlled with refuel doctrine set (by me) to "Not Allowed". At the appropriate time, I order a manual refuel. The flight goes to the tankers, the first a/c fully refuels as expected, the second interrupt refueling in the middle of the process and I have to order manual refuel a couple more times until the second a/c is full again

Thoughts?

Can we see a save from before the refueling begins? Thanks.

Did you change their refueling doctrine to "Allow" before you manually ordered them to? That should fix the issue, also please include a save and what version of the game you're playing on, thanks

Fuel Doctrine was set to "Not allowed" to avoid mandatory application of the 60% threshold. However I expect that an order to refuel would override the doctrine setting, which it does; but only for the first a/c of the flight. The other one executes erratically. First it does not, then after a couple of additional orders it does. I dont have a save file now available (i delete them after fishing a scenario) but I will try and produce one when it happens again
