Frontage options for player orders

I see that the battle planner missions have a "Frontage" setting (which I assume sets formation depth/breadth for units assigned to that mission). Is this something that can be changed for player-side orders as well or are there plans to bring this functionality in in future updates?

Or is this considered to be baked into the various movement orders (such that a Move Deliberate would by default be more spread out while a Move Hasty would be in road column, or a Screen order might have more spacing than a Hold order)?

I think that it is still waiting for code. I'll have to hit up William to figure that out.

The frontage does not apply to individual units, but to the (multiple) groups of units who execute the battle plan mission.
Scenario designers, when ordering a US tank company to screen a position via a battleplan mission, don't want all three tank platoon units and their HQ to occupy the same hex. So the battleplan mission's has a frontage parameter which serves as a hint over how many hexes / ground to spread the company's units.
