Unit Deployment Orders missing limited attack option

Hi,
I've been playing a whole campaign with the right click option on units enabling limited attack order and cancel all units attacks.
Since today, I just noticed on a new game that I don't have these options anymore. I have local tactical reserve, losses options but not anymore the two above !
I even deleted the whole game and reinstalled it, but it is still the same. I wonder if I have desactived an option with a false key use. I checked all the options but didn't managed to get these useful options back !
Any clue ?
