First draft of March 2026 scenario, where Russia is preparing to conquer Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The scenario focuses on the preceding air and sea battle, in accordance with the strengths of the CMO simulation.

Countries defending the Baltics is restricted to NATO countries that attended the emergency summit at Lancaster House on 2 March 2025.

1. Description and briefing

2. Munitions inventories for both sides, currently it is unlimited.

I would welcome feedback on:

1. The realism of the orders of battle of both sides, including their deployment.

2. Russia's mission assignments.

3. Whatever would make the scenario better!
