Does anyone replace any of the default 1941 German Luftflotte leaders if you have enough AP? From looking at the stats Richtoffen seems a better leader than the set Luftflotte pick. And other than the Air stat, I assume ADM is the next best trait skill to have high, correct?

Air leaders don't matter all that much.

WitE1 had German Fliegerkorps leaders as well (units to which many of the leaders in WitE2 were actually assigned), which gave more play. Nowadays, air command is not particularly stimulating.

Interesting, well I guess I can change them for roleplay purposes then.
