I note that if my nvidia card is set to 'automatic' (the options are 'optimus', 'automatic' and 'nvidia card only') then the game cannot run. It opens and then when I select a scenario it goes to start the map etc and all you get is white screens and nonsense. I'm not sure what's happening. Maybe it's selecting the integrated card instead of the nvidia card and that's no good for it? This is on a laptop with integrated and nvidia graphics. If I pick 'nvidia only' then it runs fine. This is a nuisance though, as normally I run with a scaling option and the scaling options are only available using windows running via the integrated chip. So to play the game I have to do a bit of messing around with settings.
