Hi - come across an issue that I havent seen before.

Im playing Japan in a PvP and we are into mid 1943. One of the HR was to not assign restricted HQs to unrestricted HQs to avoid PP for the sub units which I think is fair.

I lost a Chinese army Hq a while back, which I decided to rebuild. No problem with this but all rebuilt units arrive back in Tokyo under the restricted General HQ. This means without changing the newly rebuilt Hqs to an unrestricted HQ, I cant fly or sail it out - preferably back to where it came from in China. So far in order to do this I have had to change its HQ to an unrestricted HQ which now allows me to get the unit back to China but now all its sub units are unrestricted meaning that without paying further PP I can fly or ail them anywhere if I wanted to.

Is it me missing something or is this a game issue? No way of getting an unrestricted unit off the home islands or am I mising soemthing which means I can direct the unit to arrive elsewhere maybe?

Talk to your opponent about buying the hq out to transfer to China and leave the units in China....GP

Thanks guys. I can’t fly the unit out. We’ve agreed that I’ll only walk/rail the subordinate units out of china and if I want to sail or fly any out I’ll pay pp on an individual basis.
