Bundeswehr Mech Infantry don't have NVG?

Just noticed that during Winter Tournament scenario #1 Brothers in Arms.
West German M113 Mech Inf Plt's LOS will drop to 0 hex after night fall.
Checked the unit details and find out they have no night sights, even their dismount Milan ATGM group doesn't have NVG.
