Intermediate/Advanced Skilled German Player Wanted

Hello everyone! I am now looking for another Axis opponent. I am looking for an intermediate/advanced skilled player. I understand many of the core aspects of the game but do not have the time or energy to micro-manage *every* little aspect of the game
I also have never had a game go past the first winter, so my abilities after that probably drop off a cliff too. Game rules I usually play by are below.
*I am looking for an opponent who is willing to play to the bitter end*
Server Game
FOG of War: On
Movement FOW: On
Lock HQ Support: Off
Automated AI air assist: Off
Enhanced Player TB control: Preferred On, but am flexible
House rules:
No Naval invasions
No paradrops
No temporary motz
I haven't played in maybe close to a year now, so I am not 100% familiar with the state of the game in regards to the reduced retreat attrition, so I am flexible/open to any other suggestions.
First few turns are always a bit slow, but shooting for minimum of 2-3 turns a week. It's a hard ask as well, but I would very much like a player who won't give up on the first turn of things looking difficult for the Axis. It's hard getting beat down as the Soviets and as soon as you have a few minor victories, the German player gives up because they haven't taken Moscow by 1941
I will of course maintain this as a Soviet player getting beat down as well.
As always, open to discussion for all rules and details, thanks!
