Hyper Deny to only to work on enemy ships! Urgent adressing needed.

It is imperative that especially planet base Hyper Deny devices do NOT block any other ships than those the race is at war with.
Due to their long range (100000) its absurdly annoying and has important negative effects on supply, trade and military movement.

Ackdarians and I a part of Freedom Alliance and we have literally all treaties in place that exist.
I jump in on their planet to refuel and then attack the Dhayut fleet in same system as they conquered an Ackdarian colony and I cant get away from the planet.
This should not work like that.

EDIT: Observing this for a while I see other allied fleets get stuck at the planet forever too, also tradeships and freighters and passenger ships.
This really seems counterintuitive. I would suppose in time of FTL the blocking mechanism is tied to some sort of frecuency as it not hinders the owners ships.
I would like to expand on that notion and request this to be amended the way I initially stated, to work only block ships hyperdrive the race is at war with.

Do you have a save showing this particular situation?

You dont need it, its always so. Any Planetary Hyper Deny scrambles all ships (allied or neutral) since ever.

Same thing for ships hyper deny.
My fleet was going through a neutral empire when a quarter of it was blocked from jumping by ships from the neutral empire.
We are not at war but we probably soon will be because I have no choice but to destroy the ships with inhibitors to get my fleet away.

As Schatten wrote when not at war the hyper deny should be turned off and not hamper allies. This is a major flaw.
Here is the save :
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1VbenYb ... sp=sharing

To reproduce :
1 order the fleet to get away
2 See that it is blocked by the Hyper Deny
3 See that we are not (yet) at war

And here is a save just before it happens :

I would really appreciate a followup on this one because it has serious consequences.
If it is an intended behaviour the diplomacy should be updated with a transit agreement which would allow military ships inside the borders of another empire.
If there is no transit agreement the fleets should avoid going through the other empires' border.

I have discussed with people on the steam forum and apparently it is normal and expected that empires angry with you would attack you on sight if you are on their territory even without being at war.

It is a good feature but a little unexpected. Could we have an indication on the diplomacy screen when an empire will attack on sight ?
And an option to tell all my ships to avoid this empire ?

Also in the galactopedia I found this :

The hyper deny blocks even your own ships.
Does this work the same way with the gravity well generators ? If so it seems really couterproductive.

Hyper- Deny does not block your own ships. I have not seen this till now.

The Planetary Gravity-Well blocks ALL ships except the owners race which is what this topic is about!

The Gravity Well should only block ships that either the owners race is at war with or one of its allies (even though the owning race is not involved in the war).

Anything else does not make sense and its a real detriment to gameplay flow.

In my opinion both systems should work the same way just with a different range.
It should be activated only when there is combat and block every ship even your own when activated.

A useful feature would be to add a Hyper Deny treaty making sure that a civ is never interdicted unless at war.
Also civilian travel and military travel treaties (allowing civilan ships and military ships passage inside the borders) would be great.
