Terrain Graphics Question

When I combine Swamp and Badlands the result only shows the Swamp graphic. It doesn't matter if I put the Swamp before the Badlands or vice versa. Is there an easy fix to this. It is not a matter of drawing a new graphic as this combines two of them (Like Forest and Hills)

I think the problem is that swamp is a water type tile, and as such, will preempt the display of dry terrain.

Some scenarios have odd artifacts like deep water with forest but as the only tile displayed is the deep water, they are not obvious.

Just a guess, but since badlands and swamp are such polar opposites, maybe there is a hard coding issue.
But out of curiosity, what game effect are you trying to get with a badland/swamp hex?

The terrain I am trying to depict is Tundra with intermittent lakes.
