Hi All

I think I have spotted a bug in the control update version of the game.

I approved an advisor suggestion to build a research station at the moon near my home planet, and my construction ship went off and successfully built it. however, during construction of the station I received the exact same advisor suggestion again even though I had approved it once before.

I was curious as to what would happen if I approved this duplicate suggestion, so I went ahead and approved it again. Surely enough, one of my other construction ships accepted the mission, gathered the relevant materials and began to move toward the moon, despite the research station having been built by the construction ship that accepted the first advisor suggestion that I approved.

I have a save game of this if you need it, please let me know how I can get the file to you if you want it.

Yes, please upload a save showing this. Ideally from before and after you noticed the issue.

Hi Maxim

I only have one save file to upload, and it shows the second construction ship on its way to the moon to build the research station even though it has already been built. The save file is a little over 33 megabytes in size so I can't attach it to this post.

Please let me know how I can get this file to you as I am a novice at these things.

I would suggest zipping/compressing the save and try uploading it to the forum. If it's still too large you can either share the save using a file-sharing service like WeTransfer or Google Drive or send it with steps to reproduce the issue to this address at maxim.k@slitherine.co.uk.

Thanks, do you happen to have a save from before you see the 2nd advisor message suggesting you build the research station again?
