Overshoot missiles prevent the following attack until petered out

I think this has been reported before but seems like the bug come back again. Attached scenario is an AIM-120A attack a Su-27 As seen on the screenshot, two AIM-120A overshoot the evading Su-27, then in the next 1 min 30s, the chasing F-15C will not automatically release another salvo of missiles due to 2 ARH missiles have already been fired on the Su-27. no matter how you change the WRA, it doesn't fire.
Noticed the similar problem happens on Stealth fighter vs stealth fighter scenario too, and that could have a bigger impact.
Just image a F-35 fired an AIM-260 at a J-20 30nm away, but failed to lock on. Then in next five min, the computer controlled F-35 will not fire again.
