Possible ECM malfunction

Dear Dev,
I noticed some unusual behavior in weapon probability hit calculations during an air-to-air combat scenario between a Rafale with Meteor and a J-10 with PL-15.
In this case, the Chinese late-90s jammer appears to be more effective (10% spoof) than the French early-2020s jammer (5% spoof) against the same missile seeker generation (early 2010) . According to the CMO ratings, the latter should be significantly more effective—somewhere around 40–50%.
