Is it safe to say that information in the attached photo is still accurate?

Main thing I'm unsure on is the Axis EXP bit. Is that still true, and if so, do all 3 requirements have to be met for the EXP to halve?

Ah, excerpts from a post by the mysterious "Alter Ego" who reverse engineered the code for a while and then vanished.

The replacement rates look right, I don't think we changed those. Experience has more mechanics and randomness impacting these raw numbers but you can get an idea of the baseline numbers.
