How to filter enemy resource locations? How to avoid depending on high end resources?

I'm super late game, ahead by a mile score wise, but will probably lose because I can't build any more ships due to a lack of Hexodorium. I am mining all the locations I can see, but how can I find out which enemy systems to conquer to get more of it? My current solution is to go through all the ice planets one by one in the huge list and see which of them has some, and then figure out where it is but that's a super slow process.
The mining locations lists don't seem to include locations in enemy territory at all. And the resource flow overlay only shows transport routes leading me to space ports of other empires that trade a lot of what I'm looking for.
Another idea might be to tell the automated ship designer to avoid components using certain kinds of resources for empires that are stretched thin on something. Kaaslan Crystal is also a problem for me. So it would be cool if the economy would adjust and build lower tech ships in that case. I could design those ships by myself, but I don't like ship design all too much and filtering the components by hand sounds cumbersome, too. I don't even know what half of them do. Maybe that's pointless anyway, I have no idea how a lowtech ship (or a bunch of them) fares against end game tech.
