[Bug 1.3.0.3] Auto target selection

I had a suicidal troop transport in auto. It tried to take on an ennemy fleet by itself.
It was on its way to reinforce a colony when that colony was invaded. Then rather than fleeing it decided to attack an enemy fleet nearby.

The ships and fleets in auto really should better take into account all the forces in a location.
It would avoid ridiculous situations like that.
Also in my opinion by default some ships should avoid fighting altogether like troop transports, tankers, civilian ships.
In late game i often have alerts of enemy freighters attacking my fleets and space ports. Why ?
It is annoying because it creates useless alerts and I don't see why they would attack.
