Please, adapt this game to WW1 naval wargaming

My wish for naval wargaming : Would be great to have a kind of "Mare Nostrum" for WW1 or pre-dreadnought time, or also for 16th/17th/18th century.
The same system than "Mare Nostrum", but adapted for other century times...
