A question and an observation on Strike flight plans

1. In a strike mission with more than one strike flights, is it possible to adjust the flight plan for the first flight and then copy it and apply the same to the 2nd strike flight. I notice that there is a "Copy Flight plan" button in the Flight Plan editor, but how do you "paste it" to the other flights?
2. In many instances, when I set AAR "not allowed" I get a message that no flightplan can be created despite the target being within the theoretical strike radius. What is more, if I choose AAR allowed, the editor creates automatically a flightplan. Then, when I edit each waypoint manually to No AAR it appears that there was enough fuel to get back to base in the first place.
