Fleet circle after jump

I think Erik said in his latest stream that the fleets jumping in circle formations was fixed.
Well it is not in the latest version of the game.

We thought we fixed all the causes. If you can figure out how to reproduce it, please do share that info with us!

I would do it if i could. Seems random. Most of the time the fleets jump correctly. It is rather cute.

Could it be when the fleet has lost all its core ships and repositioning is disabled ?
