Reliable Solar System creation by Event at Game start.

Good news for players who love to play Human
After relentlessly fiddling around with the game engine the Solar System can now be created at game start in a reliable way with proper planet order, custom distances from Sol and custom sizes for all planets (except moons > they cannot be controlled in any way other than Game Editor). EDIT: maybe they can after all - at least their size - testing EDIT: no they cannot be influenced reliably...nvmd
This ties seamless into the vanilla event for creating the Sol System which before did only consist of Terra, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn and often with Mars and Terra reversed positions (Mars 2nd and Terra 3rd Planet
)
Still left narrow randomness but overall things are as they should be > like no planet in Solar System ever has rings except Saturn that always does, Merkur, Venus, Mars way smaller than Terra, Jupiter biggest, Saturn second biggest, Uranus and Neptun are 4th and 3rd biggest (way bigger than regular Ice planets but smaller than Saturn).
Going to add this to Conquest Frontier Wars update and later will release as standalone

Well, its Easter and had some time at hand
Its not like inventing the wheel but it bugged me a wee little that the Solar System with Terra was not proper and had to use the Editor to make it proper.
