Light AA maximum altitude,

I have been doing some medium bomber raids on airfields with lots of light AA (131). I can go in at 10 or 12,000 feet and my bombers and more irritatingly escort fighters get a right kicking off light AA(by kicking I mean slaughtered) , supposedly above the max altitude. The airfield is Nordhorn, I did not think the invisible AA units were located there.

Now I do not think my close escorts are strafing, but my bombers should definitely notbe hit.

Anyone else noticed this ?

(Light AA never being knocked out is a bit irritating as well).

Are you sure there's no heavy AA there?

Also, are your planes diving to attack?
If they are, they will get hit by AA.

You shouldn't be getting hit by LAA if you're above their altitude limit. Same as HAA.

Yeah,no heavy it is an airfield. This was B25's with a close escort of Spitfires, where the close escort "seemed"to attack. So if anything is diving it should not be doing. hence the original question. As I asked in the original question, I do not think there is any "invisible" HAA there (as you get in many other places in the game.

Now this game I have been playing for a year, currently December 44(hence not keen on restart), it has been patched, so maybe it goes funny as it is an old save game.

Anyway definitely getting fed up.
